Summary of key findings for parents
This provision is good Staff are highly trained and experienced, and they use their skills well to support children who have special educational needs. They provide effective support that helps all children make good progress from their starting points. Children behave well. Staff are caring and are good role models. Children learn how to take turns, share and be kind and respectful to others. Staff use effective systems to observe, plan and assess children’s progress to build on their knowledge. Leaders monitor these systems successfully to support consistent practices throughout the pre-school. Children make good progress in their learning. Children choose from an interesting range of resources suitable for all ages. Staff have a good knowledge of how children learn through play. They take account of children’s interests and engage them in activities they enjoy. It is not yet outstanding because: Ofsted does not have up-to-date information about all people responsible for the running of the setting. The provider has not informed Ofsted of changes to members of the committee, as required.
