Staff are highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working to sustain the first-class provision. • Teaching is inspirational. Well-qualified staff know children exceptionally well. They plan highly stimulating activities that reflect children’s emerging interests and that successfully challenge them in their learning. Children make exceedingly high rates of progress. • Staff work exceptionally well with parents and other professionals. They establish a highly effective two-way flow of information that provides children with continuity in their care and learning. This significantly contributes to the rapid progress children make. • Children thrive in the care of professional and dedicated staff who provide a highly welcoming and nurturing environment. Children settle quickly and establish strong and affectionate bonds with staff. They receive lots of praise and encouragement. This helps children to build high levels of self-esteem. • Children behave incredibly well, showing high levels of self-control and respect for each other.
